Remember, unleashing the power of intentionality is an ongoing practice. Stay consistent, maintain a positive mindset, and trust the process. With time and dedication, you can unleash the power of your intentions and create a new life to love.

Having a new medical diagnosis can be a scary event, especially alone. When you manage your mind and harness the power of the PFC, you can greatly increase your ability to think and reason your way through the crisis, instead of falling into a panic.

Remember there are a spectrum of things you can do, AND there are no grief police coming to get you if you do it “wrong.” It’s just you surviving your day.

While there may be times when you feel more like a junk yard treasure than a masterpiece, you are always a work of art.

My friend, you can CHOOSE to be sad the rest of your life. You can CHOOSE to pad your personal prison with over-netflixing, over-consuming, or over-sleeping. At the end of the day, it’s still a prison. Or, you can CHOOSE life.

By understanding the difference between facts, thoughts, and feelings, you can develop a more helpful and accurate perspective on your situation. This can help you move forward with greater resilience and self-awareness.
