Goodbye 2021

Goodbye 2021. You were difficult, but also awe inspiring. This was the year I learned to take my lessons from grief and share them with those who are hurting.

I want to thank each of YOU for an amazing year: a year of connecting with you individually and as a community. I’ve been so honored to be there for you as you learned how to navigate the struggles of widowhood. And you did so much!

I’m so proud of you!

I have some amazing plans for 2022. There are plans to support you in new ways. There are plans to help you organize your homes, to curate them to reflect your new, brave life. There are plans to help you organize your mind, create dreams and know that it all matters because YOU matter.

My wish for you as we enter 2022 is that you continue to learn how to create your new life after loss, and that you remember that your loss has served to make you such a strong person. I wish for you peace and courage. I wish for you the ability to see that there is a future waiting for you, and that while unexpected and different, it can be full of purpose and meaning.

I am living proof of this. My life work right now came about only because of the death of my husband. Such tragedy and sadness has turned into my purpose. It’s a life I never dreamed of, but one I graciously accept, because who better to help a widow or widower who is hurting that one who has hurt? It is an honor and a privilege to serve you.

Blessings for 2022

Julie

P.S. If you have a wish in 2022 of finally dealing with the loss of your loved one, I can help you with that. As a personal coach and organizer, I offer a unique program called Navigating Widowhood that will help you to understand your loss and organize your life so that you can turn again to life.
