As we celebrate reaching 200/300 members in our Navigating Widowhood community via social media, I wanted to share something special with you—a collection of thoughtful journaling prompts that reflect the kind of inner work we explore in our coaching sessions.
Whether you’re new to journaling or it’s already part of your daily practice, these prompts are designed to help you reflect on your journey, acknowledge your growth, and envision your path forward.
Take what resonates with you, and remember there’s no “right” way to respond. Your honest reflections, even if just a few words, can be powerful catalysts for healing and discovery.
